Payment

Payment for all products (including shipping) is in USD via PayPal.

Shipping

We ship worldwide via Canada Post 3-5 business days after purchase. All items are carefully wrapped and shipped in a bubble mailer.  We offer different shipping methods upon check out so please carefully select your option. Those packages shipped out via Small Packet Air have NO tracking or insurance and this option is at the buyer's risk.  Please be sure to include your phone number as it is REQUIRED to process your order.   


StoNE orders of $200 or more made in a single purchase are eligible for free standard shipping (no insurance or tracking).  Please note this does not apply to purchases made over the course of a few days when you have requested your items be held. However, we will happily refund additional shipping charges on held stones and combine your shipment provided the weight does not exceed 100grams.   


We also offer tracked shipping via Canada Post which can be selected during the check out process. This option is available for most destinations however it does exclude Russia, South Africa, Taiwan, and Thailand. 


Depending on destination please allow 10-14 business days for US parcels to arrive and 10-30 business days to International locations. Often items are received sooner yet please understand once posted it may take longer to destinations such as Australia, Russia, Africa, and South America.


It is the customer's responsibility to handle any additional taxes and/or duty upon the receipt of their items when posted to destinations outside of Canada. It is also the customer's own responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery information. Therefore we encourage you to carefully review your shipping details upon check out.

Hold Policy

We would like to extend the offer of "holding" customer purchases for a maximum of 10 days from time of initial purchase; after which time orders will be automatically sent. Please write in comments section if you want your order held. Additional postage fees will be refunded when the order is processed and NOT on the day of an additional purchase.   Shipping costs are based on weight so refunded amount will vary accordingly.  


This service allows clients to save on shipping while having additional time to preview the page or wait for upcoming StoNEs which may have appeared on a social media platform.  

Replacement and Returns

You have 14 days after receipt to return a product.  We do not refund shipping costs  when you choose to return an item.  All items must be in the same state as when purchased and in its' original packaging. Please enclose a copy of the invoice with an explanation for the return. Once we receive the product  we will exchange this for a similar product or refund the purchasing price to your account. 

Bracelet Systems Our Stones Work With

Our StoNEs fit Trollbead bracelets and bangles (some barrels will NOT fit the Trollbeads bangle), Ohmbeads original bracelet and bangle (not the new chunky bracelet), Redbalifrog bracelet yet not the leather and the Novo bracelet systems. They do not fit Pandora. 

Caring for Your Stones

The proper care of your stones will help to maintain their original beauty. They should not be worn while showering, exercising, sleeping, cleaning, doing dishes, or engaging in any activities where the stone may be exposed to chemicals.  The lustre of some stones such as hematite can be lost from skin oil, body lotion, and cleaning products. To maintain your stones original state it is best to clean with mild soap (I use palmolive) to remove skin oils and other chemicals and then polish with a soft cloth.  Do NOT soak or scrub stones coming from living sources such as pearls, horn, and bone beads. All of the stones we sell (unless disclosed in their description) should arrive in perfect condition. How people wear them or look after them after that is out of our control. We appreciate your business and trust if there is an issue with your purchase you will let us know upon receipt so we can immediately address it.
